6: AUGUST 2008 (3/3)

Recently a small shop where to buy food and drinks was open just near the school. We want to consider it as the first signal of social improvement that the school development brought. During our visit we noticed it drove some people standing by the school. We believe it of some help. School starts to call people around. And studens have the chance to drink a tea, eat a biscuit or buy a pen.

Villagers have decided to dig an extra water channel high above the school (more or less 100 meters higher), orizzontally and heading east. At the moment they do not know exactly how to rearrange the old building as they do not know what resources will be available.

At the end of september it will start the construction of a retaining wall behind the new building. Next year will be critical regarding our funds. We need to find them as we do not want works slowing down.
