April and May have brought in Nepal (for the recent proclamation of the Republic and the normal stop in the scholastic calendar) a slow down in the building process. There has been a delay to catch all materials.

Just now it has been reasonable to buy the concrete which, imported from India, had known a speed up of its cost. Now, the prize is decreased again but it is still higher than what we hoped. We collected iron bars, whose prize has also increased, to lay the reinforced concrete and the rest (wood, sand, rocks to cut), at the same prize.

This increases the prize of materials, and so of our need. Materials lay on the site and very soon, and with the clemency of weather, it will be possible to build the pavement for the first floor. Moreover, parts of the wooden frame to lay on the concrete has been fixed because water from rainfall had weakened its strenght due to the long waiting.
